 I can create a painting in just about any size you need.

Duplicate Originals or Giclees' can be done for a fraction of  the cost of the first original. Once an original is created I digitize it and archive the image so you can have as many fine art reproductions as you like. You will have the peace of mind in knowing that if your painting is ever lost or damaged it can be replaced  very reasonably.

 

I work from color photographs that I can take or you can email or mail to me.  Send  .jpeg images at least 720x1080 pixels or send 4x6 or larger pictures in the mail if you prefer.   They should be in focus and show reasonable detail. I can also create a portrait based upon a Black & White photo as the reference, additional charges will apply on a case by case basis because it requires a lot more communication and work to get the colors just right.

Portraits that involve highly detailed backgrounds or other features, such as scenery may incur additional cost.  This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

Once you have made your decision on the size and number of subjects, we will discuss what you want.  I’ll email an initial composition to you for your approval and can send you periodic images for your input and suggestions.  I will make the requested changes until you are totally satisfied.  You will never get an unhappy surprise.  You will know exactly what you are getting before you pay for it.  If you are not pleased with the finished painting you will owe me nothing, painting then becomes the sole property of the artist. 

Prices include shipping the completed painting rolled in a protective tube, you then take it to your local framer for stretching and framing. If you like I can stretch and mount the canvas for a small extra charge in time, materials and shipping. Custom framing is available for an additional charge, there are many options for packing and shipping a framed painting and we can discuss those options on an individual basis.
